Shipping & Delivery

We want your shopping experience to be smooth from checkout to your doorstep. Below you will find our complete delivery policy, charges and estimated timelines for SASTA.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across all major cities in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and Hyderabad, as well as numerous smaller towns.

2. Delivery Charges
  1. A standard delivery charge of Rs 250 applies to all orders.
  2. Orders above Rs 5,000 qualify for FREE delivery.
  3. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you place your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, our team will contact you to confirm delivery. For larger orders, a tracking number may be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.

5. Delivery Instructions
  1. Please keep your phone reachable during delivery time so the courier can contact you.
  2. Orders must be confirmed by the customer upon receipt (check for the correct item and quality).
  3. COD orders should be inspected before making payment.
6. Failed Delivery & Re-attempts

If delivery is not possible due to an unavailable customer or incorrect address, we will contact you to reschedule. A re-delivery attempt may incur an additional charge.
